Organisations increasingly face risks associated with employees’ social media use.
The growing personal, professional and corporate use of social media has heightened sensitivity about the use of social media. Recent events in Australia indicate that some employees have not grasped the potential consequences of online communication on their employer’s brand and reputation.
In response to the risks associated with employees’ use of social media, SR7 has developed the Employee Engagement and Workplace Satisfaction Diagnostic.
SR7’s Employee Engagement and Workplace Satisfaction Diagnostic will:
- Locate and analyse the company’s social media exposure. This will identify privacy issues and threats to the company’s reputation.
- Advise the client on implementing adequate privacy settings to mitigate the risks of corporate information leakage and minimise brand image and reputation damage.
- Provide training modules focusing on the appropriate use of social media.
