SR7 is regularly retained by the Victorian Government to provide high level social media intelligence and advisory services to benchmark and to frame online initiatives.
For instance, SR7 worked in partnership with a leading customer facing agency that encourages responsible and informed traders and consumers.
The foundation stone of the project was the execution of an evidence-based approach to the initiative. This included the provision of an audit and assessment of consumer activity as well as the identification of key platforms which could be used by the agency to promote the dissemination of critical information, thereby boosting community knowledge and awareness.
This allowed the agency to achieve a greater internal awareness of key community concerns relating to the absence of consumer-based information and facilitated the development of an integrated communications program building on existing strategies and tactics to empower consumers and create a fair and safe trading environment.
In addition, the actionable intelligence and insight provided by SR7 allowed the Victorian Government to redirect advertising spend, boosting engagement and delivering upon its pledge to deliver value for money taxpayers.
