We were commissioned to undertake an employee audit to examine the risks associated with online activity within the blogosphere by individuals in the workplace.

 

The audit yielded a range of data and associated online behaviour being undertaken by nominated employees who substantially impacted the brand and image of the legal firm.

 

SR7 advised the firm on a range of measures that were implemented to protect the immediate and long term reputation of the company, including the introduction of appropriate social media policies and guidelines for employees and management.

 

Further, these involved advisory and training sessions with the Managing Partner to ensure knowledge transfer and awareness within the workplace.

 

Following the employee audit, SR7 was retained to undertake a comprehensive assessment of the firm’s social media footprint to quantify any additional risks and identify national business opportunities moving forward.
